We collect information via the Member Portal to provide you with access to membership status, member profile, activity calendar and financial charge accounts, request information about or book private events, and make restaurant reservations and event/programming reservations (together, our “Services”) and to improve performance and enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Member Portal.

Information You Provide

If you become a member in The Bath Club or seek to book an event through the Member Portal, we may ask you to create an account and member profile for access to the Member Portal. The account and profile will include information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, membership status and activity history with The Bath Club, and payment and charge information and history.

Unless we specifically request or invite it, we ask that you not send or otherwise disclose to us your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background, or trade union membership. In those cases where we may request or invite you to provide the foregoing information, we will only do so with your express consent, in accordance with applicable data protection law requirements. When you use the Member Portal, our servers may record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as the pages of our Member Portal that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Member Portal, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Member Portal and our Services and for the Member Portal’s technical administration, to increase our Member Portal’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs.
